It was Thursday the 23rd April 2009, when I went to shopping to Dolmen Mall Tariq Road Karachi. We decided to have lunch from the food court, and two of us ordered McDonald's and the third friend ordered Mr.Burger.
I was feeling bad about the third one, that why didn't he go for McDonald's. But I was astonished ! when the burgers came... Mr. Burger was AT LEAST "FRESH"... I was amazed that McDonald's burger, McChicken was so pathetic, the Bun was not even close to fresh, and there was so little mayonnaise. It never happened before on any other McDonald's outlet, so I decided to go back to the the counter and complaint about it get my burger changed. But, to my surprise once again, the service was also so poor, the man there wasn't ready to compensate for my inconvenience. I had to shout at him in front of the whole public and I scolded him, then he agreed to change the BUN only, and again to bring in some more anger, he used the same BUNs... he didn't have any fresh buns.
PATHETIC !
McDonald's management should fire that guy right away !

my dear, for your very own good, NEVER ask them to change your food, because its a common practice in these places to spit in the burger before bringing it back!
the best you can do to them, is to yell at them, then throw the food on the floor and walk right out ... your money is wasted but at least they got a slap in the face!
My advice. Buy Pakistani. Nothing wrong with Mr Burger. Give them yr biz. Mac Donalds can go fleece other customers.
i've never come across the kind of problem Hassaan discussed but what has happened with me is that, they skip the cheese in the burgers a LOT of times, while we pay extra for the cheese..i don't know if they do that on purpose or if the staff in so dumb as they don't understand what's been ordered.
If you want to try good burgers then try burgers from Roasters.
