I completely agree with you. The most pathetic customer services i have ever seen are in Meezan Bank.

Similarly I am facing problem with Meezan Bank, The Manager Bahadurabad Branch has attitude problem. Please do not open any bank account in Meezan Bank, after your death may be you will take compliance and able to open a Business Bank account.

today i have to urgent cash deposits to my father mezzan bank account but shown circle mezzan bank branch personal behavior is vary vary disappointing they said to me copy your ID card outside the bank we are not your servant. cash despite of many request to kindly copy my ID card from bank photocopy machine, they rejected. because of this i unable to deposit to my father on time.


being a mezzan bank account holder it is normal practice that if in case of urgency you have not a photocopy of your id card bank facilitate a customer especially in cash deposits. but shown circle karachi branch management behavior is just like a government bank employees behavior.

Dear Brother

I think some of the branches having customer services issues like this. At the bank level no one like to misbehave.. Bank operation should do the corrective action.
I suggest we should think about corrective ness inside of side line any thing.

No idea about him. But as a whole, meezan bank's customer support is really worst

I have opened an account in meezan bank Peshawar Safdar BR ,, I have received certain telephone calls & SMS to receive your ATM card & check book but ,,by visiting branch sign get on both registers to receive your ATM card & check book but the manager said that return your ATM card & check book because your account is not activated by head office,,, the staff is not as per skills,,,,

The staff behaviour is not,, costumer satisfaction

I am living abroad ( Canada)and my account is dormant with meezan bank shee shah Road Branch Multan. Despite of several emails,the Branch Manager Multan Mr. Sarfraz ahmed says in his senseless email:
""First of all thanks for your interest to activate the subject joint account. However we are not able to entertain your appended request in the current scenario until unless of your physical presence and request you to kindly fulfill the Biometric requirements as per bank's normal policy please.
Sorry for inconvenience and stay blessed. ""

I would like to mention to CEO and branch banking management for thsi pethetic and illogical email . If you dont have solution for abroad customers then you should cloaeuour bank because a huge funds comes in pakiata from abroad. Now i need my funds to purchase a house in canada and they dont borther even. I ll definetley file a suit against the branch manager and will get all the lossess that i am bearing in term of property rates would go high and banking interest rate difference.

Dear sir,
I am an account holder in bahawalpur branch.shahi bazar . I would to complaint about bank online system the online system is very poor especialy in busy hours and dtaff is not coopretive. Today i am awaiting for online responce about an hour and i could it get. Please kindly request you get the notice and do the proper solution with the system so that make save the time and better services.
