COMPLAINT REGARDING PORT-OUT MY PERSONAL NO 03003469242 TO ZONG NET WORK

That I am using the subject mobile sim for the last 5 years and the same is registered in my name and NIC number.

Now, being dissatisfied with the services of Mobilink Jazz, I requested for Port-out my number from Jazz to Zong Network on March 01, 2010.

But, Mobilink Jazz raised objection that I am a new subscriber and for that reason my MNP request has been rejected by Mobilink. In this regard, I made repeated complaints and visited their offices several times but every time they replied that I being a new subscriber, my request could not be acceded to. I repeatedly informed them that I am using this network and sim number for five years and in this connection, Mobilink Jazz have already issued Income Tax certificate as well.

In view of the above, I would appreciate if you kindly use your good offices and lodge my complaint against Mobilink Jazz and initiate necessary action against them.
