Khaleeq- try forwarding your concern to customercare@mobilink.net, they take 24 hours to get back with appropriate solution. They only need a request with a copy of your CNIC. I always get rid of such obnoxious callers with their help.

I am a user of jazz number, on Sunday 16-01-2011 my mobiles showed 'Invalid Sim' of jazz, I use my SIM to another mobile, SIM was not working on 2nd mobile also, I contacted to Mobilink help line and asked about this problem, contact person informed me that this SIM has been re-issued; I replied that I did not apply for re-issuance then how it has happen?? I was in shocked, I requested to block the SIM, after verification contact person informed me that a request has been sent for block this SIM, it will be block within four hours, now you can get duplicate SIM from any service center. On Monday (17-01-2011) I reached at Mobilink service center and got a duplicate SIM. I also wanted to know, who re-issued and used my SIM, But service center dealing person did not give any information to me. what should I do now. Please help.
