A company with WORST Customer Service

Mobilink customer service is the WORST one. If you got a complaint, you can find no channel to address that complaint. I have tried to call their customer support but never had a success talking to any representative. Mobilink simply does not care for its customers and mobilink has got nothing but useless speeches and boasting marketing material all over.

I have applied for Network portability from Ufone to Mobilink. It has been 20 days now and no single action has been taken and I still fail to identify any channel through which this problem can be resolved. I've tried PTA also but of no use.

Can anyone guide me how to get my complaint resolved.

Tatheer- I would recommend that you should email them at customercare@mobilink.net. I always raise my concerns to them and get appropriate and timely response.

Thanks Hamid. I did write to them at customer care. Till yet they have only assured that they are looking into it and nothing more. But in the meanwhile I managed to approach one of their higher ups through email and a representative called me in response and assured that they will help resolve this. I'm still waiting.

But generally speaking, such options are not available to every customer as it requires access to internet and email. So there must be some publically available simple and short method to log complaints formally.

We have recently set up a forum called Peeeved, we are currently finishing the website but we have set up a Facebook, (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Peeeved-For-the-People/119833401407072) & Twitter accounts (@peeeved) where we are posting relevant articles about bad customer service and we are aiming to get all complaints heard by the CEO's of the offending company and therefore an answer and resolution. Watch out for www.peeeved.com going live in the next few weeks and air your views! I hope you get your complaint heard by the right people and settled!
