dear sir i have used u fone sim. i want to convert my sim to mobilink. i am visting to mobilink franchise to change the sim and perchace the an other sim. the franchice costumer serveses asked me your sim activate after four days. but my sim is not activate in tewenty five day. in mean while i have many time to call help line number. and they say any time your sim is activate after two day. but with in tewenty five days. after this i go to your franchise for complaind the managerof your franchise m asif mirza is behaviar is not good. the seril number of my sim is 89923000 81006986787. the manager of liqat road franchise rwp said we are not responcible to your complaind. your sim is expire. and he also asked any one that is not my problem.and also asked to throw out the sim. this is not good behaviar the costumer servise person. i think your net work is very good but iam totaly discorage your servise.i shall very thank full to you. i will waiting your e mail.

Naeem why don’t you just email your concern to customercare@mobilink.net, I had some concerns regarding my jazz number as well. So I just emailed them and same were taken care off within no time. And if one does not have an email address then he can just call over their help line 111 or 042111300300

salam .main ne new sim le hy jazz ki but woh activate nhn ho rhi.koi b no dial karo tu activate call barrings ka msg aata hy .plz tell me bat this prb
