Activation of Blackberry Services

Dear Sir/ Madam

This is with reference to conversion of my prepaid mobilink jazz connection to mobilink indigo subscription for the purpose to get blackberry services on my phone. I visited personally to mobilink customer care office (redco plaza) on April 25, 2011, presented my CNIC and deposited Rs. 3500/- as asked by the desk facilitator and he told me that all services (blackberry) shall be available within 4 hours.

During last 4 days, I have contacted your customer service center so many times and recorded my complaint of non-activation of my blackberry services. Last time I talked to Mr. Umair, Helpline officer and I requested to talk with some senior person. He forwarded my call to Mr. Zafar Khan, Mobilink Supervisor but amazingly he did not attended/ entertained my call as I awaited for more than 15 minutes.

You are requested to check my complaint history and current status and resolve it by today evening, otherwise I will submit my complaint to some other authority. Thank you.

Khurram bhai, I always e-mail at customercare@mobilink.net for the resolution of any problem against my indigo number.Thier staff is very helpful and cooperative.I'm sure they will resolve this problem as well.
