against fake ownership

I have purchased moblink sim(03005368096) in 2003 and then i registered the same in the name of Muhammad Aftab Alam on 21-07-2004.but after two years the ownership of the said sim transfer to another person without any reason.i again contact with the concern deportment of Mobilink.in the year of 2006 the sim have again registered on my name and give assurence that to protect this kind of mishandling.but it was happend for me when i have checked the detail of my CNIC about the sims registration no mobilnk number have found on my CNIC.How it is possible to registered my sim to other persons without my concent..i have hundred clients and my mobile number is the only sourse of contact which is also printed on my visitng card and later pad too.Is this not an illegal violation and why I should not approach to court in against the fake ownership of my sim So finally I am becoming quite frustrated of things experienced with Moblink.

I want to change the ownership of my number 03007550507 but every time my ownership has been changed.
Its my request to that please change the ownership of my number with the name of my uncle

I have purchased moblink sim (03007373654) in RIGHT ABOUT 2005-6 and then i registered the same in the name of ASAD UL MEHDI but after 2-3 years the ownership of the said sim transfer to another person without any reason.sO this not an illegal violation and why I should not approach to court in against the fake ownership of my sim.
Its my request to that please change the ownership of my number (03007373654) with
ASAD UL MEHDI
