AGAINST OWNERSHIP

I purchase moblink sim(03005368096) in 2003 and then i registered the same on my name dated 21-07-2004.but after two years the ownership of the said sim transfer to another person without any reason.i again contact with the concern deportment of Mobilink.in the year of 2006 the sim have again registered on my name and give assurence that to protect this kind of mishandling.but it was happend for me when i have checked the detail of my CNIC about the sims registration no mobilnk number have found on my name.How it is possible to registered my sim to other persons without any reasion and justification..i have hundred clients and my mobile number is the only sourse of contact which is also printed on my visitng card and later pad too.Is this not an illegal violation and why I should not approach to court in against the fake ownership of my sim So finally I am becoming quite frustrated of things experienced with Moblink.

i completly agree with this complaint.bcoz i also aggrived with mobilink about the disprotection of ownership..2 tim my jazz sim tranferd to other without my concent.then i decied to chang my sim by way of other network.
