After requesting many times, I didn't get bill (via email), why don't they make it online so people can check their bills, a company like KESC can do it then why can't mobilink, is their staff not competent enough?

Ahmed, have you tried contacting the Mobilink staff via e-mail???. I would recommend that you should raise your concern at customercare@mobilink.net, as i always get an appropriate & timely response from their end.
