Mobilink Complaints - Call Center

In my opinion which I am sharing on my experiance is that waiting times over the help line are quite normal however the most important thing is how a company's representative treats your complaint once connected. Trust me Mobilink handle's it well as i have experianced it few times myself.

I Javed Jahangir, resident of Kazim Abad Model colony want to divert your kind attention, that in house No. B-59 one Signal Tower of Mobilink Jazz company has been installed, its heavy generator near by our back side outer wall (ground floor), its sound & smoke greatly affect our hearing and lungs respectively. A heavy smoke comes in our bed rooms and T.V lounge. It is highly objectionable that the Signal Tower installed without any consultation / permission with the neighbors.

Please arrange a visit and try to get rid of this trouble ful act for me and my family.

میں لکیمروت ‏‎ ‎‏ ‏K.P.K‏ سے ہوں. میری شکایت یہ ہے. کہ پانچ دن ہوگۓ: کہ میں ‏Mnp ‎‏ کیلۓ آپ کے دفتر جاتا ہوں. اور دفتر والے کہتے ہیں کہ ‏SGMS‏ نہیں ہے. دو تین دن بعد او. جب دو ‏‎ ‎دو تین بعد آتا ہوں تو پھر مزید دو تین دن کا کہتے ہیں:
