I purchased Mobile Sim Cell No.03003060233 in November 2008 and from the above date said cell number was in my use, ownership was also in my name, being journalist I use the above cell as my only mobile contact number. The original jacket and sim is with me and sending to you in attachment of this mail.

On 23-09-2010 above sim was blocked and but JSP Point has issued Duplicate sim to unknown person, on 24-09-2010 I contact with Umerkot franchise who disclosed that duplicate sim is being issued, I showed my original NIC and jacket and get duplicate sim but again on 27-09-2010 at 5-00 pm again my sim was blocked, I contacted Franchise office who disclosed that ownership has been changed in the name of one Ghulam Nabi. On my complaint above sim was blocked but company again issued sim to that Ghulam Nabi and this practice run for three times within two days.

I contact to Customer Care Hyderabad through my land line phone at 11-00 PM night when representative of customer care showed helplessness and advised me to purchase an other cell number.

My every contact is calling me at 03003060233 and that person use filthy, abusive language and threats of dire consequences and saying to send him money and misusing my sim/ cell number.

Sir, I am journalist and Mobilink company has changed ownership without verification from me resulting into causing mental torture to me and damaging my contacts.
