Kindly note that the undersigned facing uncomfortable as from following cell undesirable calls are being received:- Cell # 0309-7154509 unknown person calling today at 02:09 a.m to 03:00 a.m morning and 01:57 p.m noon.
Kindly take some redial measures to avoid further calls.

What I would personally suggest for you is to change your phone .. thats right but this time when you buy yourself a new phone I would suggest that you buy a symbian operated one.Whats the benefit? You can avoid such nuisance calls by installing a call block software availabe over the internet like www.mcleaner.com or blackballer i think is the name, anyway im using mcleaner on my nokia E series which is also a symbian operated phone all E series phones are symbian operated. Although they are a bit expensive but its worth the money and you get to block users from calling and especially messaging you! by the way if anyone wants more information you can contact me via email on shahfaridoon@live.co.uk. have a good day Sallam

Along with the suggestion putforth by Shahrukh there is a very convenient and hassle free way of dealing with obnxious calls / SMS. Any one recieving such calls / SMS from a Mobilink number can email the complaint at customercare@mobilink.net or fax it at 111-301-301 by mentioning all details. while sending email do mention the CNIC number and incase of a fax attach a copy of CNIC. My expereince was very postive as the problem was fixed within 24 hours I logged a complaint with them. Initially I found it funny that they ask for CNIC however later on I got to know that this is followed by all operators something to do with PTA regualtions.

mr. You should not call on 111 helpline again and again helpline has must guided you the procedure of abnoxious caller policy please follow that write a complain on a paper along with your cnic and fax it on 0423111300300
