I have been using Indigo a Post Paid connection by Mobilink.
In every month bill, the tax charged under the name of Advance Tax i.e. 10%, is more than the actual ( around 12 to 13%- other users can verify my statement)
when asked about the complaint to the authorties no one can satify me.
Reaally a point to take action or sue against the firm.

Sue them dear. You have proof already in your hands. Take Punjab consumer court number from 1217. And, If you are in Lahore, you can visit them too and lodge your complain in person.
Sue them on behalf of people like you. You can also find people like you being skinned this way.

Mera mobi tune ka blance 8/09/2009 ko charge ho tha lakin 9/09/2009 ko dobara phir charge ho gay. jis ki complan ma ny heip line 111 par ki thi lakin aaj 5 din ho gay hai lakin muje koi responce nhi mila mara mobil number hai 0301 3656477 aur mara help line per complan number be ya hi hai.
