.On 28 & 29 Sept, 2011 I recevied messages from Mobilink that " Dear Customer, thank for using Such Mobile Internet. You have been charged for the service."
I am confident that I never used this service & despite that I was charged twice. Can Mobilink explain this that how come such deduction is taking place. I approached help-line (111) on 28 Sept but again rxed this message on 29 Sept. I very strongly protest for this illegel deduction and seek explaination along with refund of the deducted amount.

this happened with me also twice. i had to call and get it clarified and Mobilink did NOT reimburse the deducted amount.

dude it happnd to me and i was catered impresivley, you just have to write a fax to 042- 111-301-301 and just write the whole story that since when you are getting charged and i m sure they wil surely respond
I am also having the same problem. After calling customer service, they assured me the problem is solved, but I keep getting the same message. I switching to another service inshaAllah, warid or telenor.
