i bought a jazz sim from jazz office at 1 december.nd registered it by calling 789.but now incoming calls are not respondent.i can do call only but canot received call or msg.plz help me.

Jia, I think you should contact Mobilink's Help line or email them on customercare@mobilink.net. My over all experience with their customer care has been great. So I never hesitate to contact them for any of my concern regarding my Jazz numbers.
