Incomming and Outgoing calls temporarily restricted

Dear,
I am using # 03063110000 since 2006. I also got taged it 2/3 years early to save from any fraudulent transfer of this number . Now from 06-08-2011 Incomming and Outgoing calls are restricted.I contacted on 111 and I was told that sim is active and # is not blocked, it could be any tecnical problem and I was advised to contact Custumer center. I went to Mobilink office at Bahawalpur and they showed their helplessness in this problem.My all contacts are stoped and facing damage.
Please solve my problem as soon as posible.

You should urgently write to customercare@mobilink.net and inform them what has happend. They will surely investigate
