mobilink Complaints - mobilink infinity slow browsing

their customer support is terrible. Im tired of hearing the same recorded voice "all customer representstives are busy at the moment. please contnue to hold". every time I call, i have to wait for about 10 mins.

Slow......... Browsing.... and signal issue..
wait for next Wimax provider..(coming soon in karachi)

I am using Wireless Broadband Service vide above number. I have purchased the system on 28-02-09 and from the date of purchase to 26-04-09 (Two Months period) I have down loaded 9 GM Data due to some error the entire down loading amount calculated in one month due to which the billed amount exceeded and in next month Rs.100/- included in the bill as voice fixed line charges whereas I am not availing the said facilities.
In view of above, it is meekly requested that necessary correction may very kindly be made to at once avoid further inconveniences.

mera maslah ye hai kih main ne aapki infinity teen mahine pahele le thi pahle mahine main mera bill 500 ke bajaye 1800 Rs. ka aaya main ne complan ke our dis canet karva dia magar teen mahine baad bhi bill aata raha meri infinity 2 mahine se band hai magar costomer service se baat kate hain too wo kahete hain keh aapki divais actived hai magar service block hai ower Rs.2900 ka biill bhi aaya hova hai agar mera bill durst ho sakta hai to durst karden ya phir meri service block karke billing bhi block kardain
