I have been using mobilink gsm for the last 11 years, I got a cell number it was orginally a pre-paid number. I changed this number from pre-paid to post-paid, because i had to use blackberry internet services on it.
After converting my number to post-paid, i had to get international dialing and conference calling enabled. They told me that they cannot activate conference calling with international dialing. at first they told me that there should be atleast three months of billing cycles consumed before they can activate conference calling... i waited three months and they would not activate conference calling even after repeated calls and discussions with call center managers.
I waited for three more months and had to shift to another service provider. This limitation of three months is just a joke, they probably dont know how to activate them together. With the other service provider i got international dialing and conference calling enabled in no time.
I dont seem to understand the hold? my billing was perfect, i used to pay my bills in time, i had a above average deposit submitted... can someone from mobilink tell my why this was the case. Mobilink will keep on losing their customers if they behave this way.

That's strange!!!!..... i am using both the services simultaneously on my Mobilink number…I think you should raise this concern with them…have you tried contacting the staff at customercare@mobilink.net???
