issuance of sim to other person

My number(sim 0300-4154988) which is registered on my name but the agent issued to another person which his closer and cancel my registration and sim.i complained but there is no action.plz give me my sim back and take solid action against responsible mobilink officers & persons.otherwise i shall take legal action against every responsible person .
