I am using the e-mail service of Mobilink Jazz for the last one year. During the last 4 days, I received 3 messages on my mobile phone as under. " Thanks for using Mobile Internet. Rs 9.99 has been deducted for yesterdays Mobile internet usage. Keep on enjoying unlimited browsing on mobile" Same message is received by my wife even if she has not used the service in the last week. Can you please clarify why we are getting these messages and deductions being made without usage?

Dear Saadat..! You mentioned that I should visit helpline. Let me tell you that I personally visited the Mobilink House at Gulberg, Lahore on 9th May, at 2.40 pm, my entry ticket no 4086 and lodged the complaint at counter No 8 for both myself and my wife. I was informed that Mobilink has started a new package recently wherein Rs 9.99 are deducted on daily basis. On my request they told me that our Mobile Internet service shall be discontinued. My wife got a message confirmation in this regard but I did not. Then, same night, I cotacted the Helpline and I was told that they would do the needful soon. Next morning, on 10thy May, I got a message at 18.44 hrs that my Mobile Internet has been activated and settings of Rs 9.99/day would be applicable for unlimited usage. Now, can you tell me what is this? I want and request for termination of service and Mobilink is informing for reactivation of the same. I will wait for reply from Mobilink company in this regard.
