sorry mam i wont agree with u as i have been and m the user of both jazz and indigo. ur complaint regarding 111 is very sound but if u remember at first they didnt charge for it but unfortunately some of our friends started to misuse it and dail 111 jst to have fun with ladies and even gents. the second complaint about changing package, so for ur information it is all computer based operating system and its impossible that u will be charged without change ur package. and finally u can check the new commercial of INDIGO. i hope u wont mind it... takecare

i m trying to call help line number from land line for 3 days but they keep hold very long after long hold they dont transfer call to customer service.ur customer service is very poor.

Mobilink and almost all telecos should improve their helpline service. I think rather than charging for their helpline services, they can block ABUSER users for a long period of a month or two. In this way, helpline can be secured from the vagabond blabbers.

I agree with this. I didnt subscribe for a mobi tune but one day i get a message from mobilink that i have been charged some amount for using a mobi tune and they set a stupid song as my mobi tune. Now i want to get rid of it but every time I call 111, they deduct 1 rupee but the call gets disconnected with 30 seconds.

Can some one please tell me how can I get rid of this stupid mobitune once and for all.

Though Mobilink is already notorious for offering hilarious packages aimed at exploiting the innocence of its customers however this time it has crossed all the limits. I am talking about Jazz 24 “Ghanta” offer. On the name of attractive offer it is plundering its users.

Mobilink is giving 100 minutes on-net call time in Rs.29+tax and you have to consume this time within 24 hours otherwise your money will get wasted. Further more Rs. 30 extra charges will be applied on activation of this ‘Ghanta’ Offer. In more simple words you have to pay Rs. 900+tax (almost Rs. 1071) per month to call at Mobilink numbers only, for calling at other networks you will be charged separately.

Well done Mobilink! Keep it up so that your user may shift to other networks by using Number Portability System (NPS).

Illegal/fraudulently deducting the money from balance.

As an epilogue, one can find my complaint on the subject dated 5th May 2011. In response to that complaint, I was remitted thirty rupees in my account, 0300-3021103, on 6th May 2011, by saying that rupees thirty are being credited to your account in lieu of your complaint.

On 10th May, I received a call from Ms. Rabia stationed in Lahore, cell phone no: 0300-8498527 at 5.12pm, that there was a technical problem in the system by which rupees twenty were deducted on account of internet use. She said she is sorry and will see that it will not happen again. My plain reply was "I don't buy that sort of 'shit' on technical ground basis as this is the organized way of mincing the money bit by bit."

Exactly on the same day at 6.34pm my wife receives the SMS from Mobilink saying that "Dear customer, your mobile internet has been activated. Please make sure you have saved the settings sent earlier. Rs: 9.99/day for unlimited usage apply. My wife's SIM is purchased in my name and her no: is 0300-3049005.

The irony of the fate is that before this warning , Rs: 9.99 have already been deducted from this number ( 0300-3049005 ) on account of mobile internet usage vide Mobilink's message on 10th May at 2.31pm., though my wife and me never used mobile internet. Now who would believe that this is technical fault or some technical problem. If Ms. Rabia is reading this complaint, will she care to take some effective remedial measures OR THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS ORGANIZED THAT WAY!!!

I need at least some sort of explanation and with apology of returning the deducted money together with assurance that this sort of paradoxical attitude will not be repeated to any customer. I am anxiously waiting for the reply. THANKS and REGARDS.
