Dear Sir.

My complaint is just simple and no long. Problem is that, that since five years I am a regular customer of the mobilink company. A few months before I convert my jazz sim to Telenor due to operation against militants I the area. Because at that time mobilink service was totally jam and only telenor was in working position.

After that when operation becomes finished and like others mobilink start again its service. Then I went to the local Chunian franchise to come back on my old network. Belief me the behavior of the staff was rude and too much worse and two months have gone but still my connection is on telenor.

So kindly please do something in this regard.
