Mobilink Jazz is giving the most expensive SMS rates among all networks in Pakistan. They offered a Package with 2.80 Rs per day with unlimited SMS to any network in Pakistan. I subscribed to this package. They spent millions of Rs each day on advertising this package for about a month and soon they stopped advertising about this package, they finished the package the same day. I called their Customer Service Center. my 1 Re was deducted and it connected even after the wait of 15 minuted. I was wondering what the crap Mobilink shows in their AD where they claims to be very gentle courteous with the customers. I asked their CSR about the package and she told me that the package has been finished.
Later, Mobilink Jazz gave two more packages, Package 1: 100 SMSes for 10 Rs and Package 2: 500 SMSes for 35 Rs. I subscribed for the Package 1 for about 7 days and what the interesting thing is they've just finished both of the Packages again. What the FUCK.
I advice all of the people of Pakistan never use Mobilink Jazz, they are the most lieing Cellular Service in Pakistan. They are just making fool the ignorant people.

What is this Trick
This is now turn to display the comments for other to know, ealier i had send two emails and was expecting a response, or at least a routine message but all in vain. I usually buy weekly sms +voice bundle package for 89.80 but during this once ( still repenting ) bought daily sms package for Rs 4.77 and from that day my misery starts. now i am surprised that every day some amount is deducted from my credit, without any prior notice. SIR ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES FOR THIS MISTAKE. PLEASE CLARIFY. I dont notice and once i try to make a call the announcment says you can not make a call because of lower balance. Now today i got 5/- and make a call on ufone number for 1-30 minute and after that when i tried to contact your representative through dailing 300 the same voice again struck and the low balance case again appeared. I wonder why mobilink do not give notice to the inquires and complaint of his customers. Does it mean you want us quit using mobilink services. For God sake these are the tricks and techninque that today everyone is against this serivce. Me anyway tried to be and still love jazz but it seems me also think for switching over to some other network instead of wasting time on net making complains.

Illegal/fraudulently deducting the money from balance.
As an epilogue, one can find my complaint on the subject dated 5th May 2011. In response to that complaint, I was remitted thirty rupees in my account, 0300-3021103, on 6th May 2011, by saying that rupees thirty are being credited to your account in lieu of your complaint.
On 10th May, I received a call from Ms. Rabia stationed in Lahore, cell phone no: 0300-8498527 at 5.12pm, that there was a technical problem in the system by which rupees twenty were deducted on account of internet use. She said she is sorry and will see that it will not happen again. My plain reply was “I don’t buy that sort of ‘shit’ on technical ground basis as this is the organized way of mincing the money bit by bit.â€
Exactly on the same day at 6.34pm my wife receives the SMS from Mobilink saying that “Dear customer, your mobile internet has been activated. Please make sure you have saved the settings sent earlier. Rs: 9.99/day for unlimited usage apply. My wife’s SIM is purchased in my name and her no: is 0300-3049005.
The irony of the fate is that before this warning , Rs: 9.99 have already been deducted from this number ( 0300-3049005 ) on account of mobile internet usage vide Mobilink’s message on 10th May at 2.31pm., though my wife and me never used mobile internet. Now who would believe that this is technical fault or some technical problem. If Ms. Rabia is reading this complaint, will she care to take some effective remedial measures OR THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS ORGANIZED THAT WAY!!!
I need at least some sort of explanation and with apology of returning the deducted money together with assurance that this sort of paradoxical attitude will not be repeated to any customer. I am anxiously waiting for the reply. THANKS and REGARDS.
