It is humbly stated that No. 0300-5909957 is registered with my name (Yafes Khan). Some days ago, I received a message (SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED) that my number has been blocked. I contact the Franchise situated at Kohat Road, Peshawar City, NWFP, Pakistan, on December 9, 2009, they told me that Franchise situated at Khyber Bazar, Peshawar City, NWFP, Pakistan have issued the same number to another person on December 9, 2009, in-spite, that the said number is still registered with my name. Neither, they demand the person to whom the said SIM Card has been issuing, of my CNIC nor they change the ownership of the said SIM Card. So, on December 9, 2009, I contact the Head Office of Mobilink, situated at Arbab / University Road, Peshawar City, NWFP, Pakistan, they issued me another SIM Card because it was still registered with my name. It is, therefore, requested to take necessary action against the Franchise situated at Khyber Bazar, Peshawar City, NWFP, Pakistan that why they issues the SIM Cards which are already registered with the name of some other persons. I further asked that if someone use it in any negative activities / terrorism, who will be responsible? It is non seriousness on the part of Mobilink Head Office in respect of their Franchises who are issuing the same SIM CARD to different people which is a security risk. Indeed this is trust breaking of the customers.

last 1 month se kaha hy gprs on kernay ka per abhi tak nahi hua or aaaj last 1 hour se muje hold per rakha gaya hy koi service provide nahi ker raha saray officers buzy hain aisa kia ker rahe hain last 1 hour se main apki isi service ki waja se ufone per gaya tha per wapis agaya socha achi hogai hogi service per mayoos hua na gprs activate hua or apki call charges ufff

sir i have a problem that my number 0300-5257733
has a problem that any person who call me from telenore number a recording in play back is played that "The number u have dialled is busy at the moment"
while my number is not busy to anyone.
2nd time recording play that "The number u have dialled is not responding at the moment" I have complained many times to 111 but no action was taken yet. Plz solve this problem other wise I will change my network

Dear sir, i request you to solve my problam.some body scan my sim and he listen my calls.ichacked it to a franchise tere were yellow dots on the sacreen.when i call any no he instant cal there with different numbers.i am so woried about it . is there any soloution for this.or i buy another sim.my no is 03008393402..
