Mobilink Do Not Take Customers Seriously

I have experienced great difficulties with the Mobilink or locally known as “Jazz” (Pakistan’s Leading Mobile Phone Network).

Someone had taken my number out by deception and I am not getting the attention to rectify these matters as a responsible mobile phone network should do.

I have called several times on 009242111300300 to locate who is dealing with my e-mails. This is after I spoke to Hina on 009251111300300.

I am becoming quite frustrated for a number of things experienced with Mobilink.

As no one took this matter up as a serious deception that someone had my number re-issued and was using it. It took nearly 2 months before that number was suspended

I lodged my first complaint about this matter in April (emails of that are attached).

When I called today and spoke to someone before Hina (another lady) she made it sound like I do not understand her and that she could do nothing for me if I did not provide a number in Pakistan. When she could not reason with me anymore she simply hanged-up the phone.

The fact of the matter is that my case is some what different, firstly I abided rules set by Mobilink, I had IR activated before leaving Pakistan, records will show I even recharged in the UK, a facility provided by Mobilink.

It is a question for to ask HOW, AND IN WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES WAS IT POSSIBLE FOR MOBILINK TO SUPPLY ANOTHER SIM to some one else whilst still being on my name and being used by me on roaming.

So all this was possible but it is not possible to call a frustrated customer in England to put matters right, due to a loop-hole in the Mobilink infrastructure. My wife had to pay to get a new SIM card because she was getting harassed by the person who Mobilink supplied my number to.

Previously about a year ago I got one of my numbers registered at Sialkot Office I left them a copy of my NICOP, later I found out someone took out another eight numbers all with Sialkot serial on my name. Aamir Khan Manager at the Jhelum office helped for several days to resolve that problem.

I can firmly say this was done ny someone in Mobilink because I give in a photo-copy of my national ID card, the serial numbers of all the numbers taken out were of Sialkot.

I was only passing through Sialkot when I registered my number, I did not know anyone else in that area nor could anyone else in Sialkot could have had access to a copy of my National ID card.

This can happen with any network. So BEWARE.
You have good support for your case. If you have enough resources, challenge it in Court. Mobilink won't be able to stand a day on this one and will loose.
(You might also ask them to make Mobilink pay for your lawyer and court fees, in case you win the case) and might also get some handsome amount as compensation along woth that amount.

yes mobilink thinks that its a biggest company and it can do as it wants but now the situation not as it was in the past. now ppl have started porting out to Ufone rapidly bcos of best packages offered by Ufone.

one of my sim qualified for AB SE JAZZ ON promo and i recharged 300 rupees but i was given not a single penny and i did 5 complaints and they say sir we are doing it-- there is some problem in our system -- sir plz check after 2 days ------- i ask what the hell is this!!!!... they promise and back out. infact mobilink is a fraudulent. like ali zafar cheated telenor and be a part of AB SE JAZZ ON same way this promo is cheating mobilink customer. but now i have intented firmly that as i receive the balance i will port out to Ufone as my friends also porting to Ufone rapidly. i will say bye bye to Mobilink and say welcome to Ufone. mobilink jazz has sucked our enough blood now plz stop it.

listen bro first i have understand your problem , now what u have to do is simple get well dress n get to the head offfice or franchies then tell your problem u have to visit twice or more at mobilink office then they recognize you and listen you care fully .and hope fully they ll solved your problem . what happen with your number is that some have your nic copy so he have converted your sim to his name . tell that mobilink officer . they will do something

i have a mobilink jazz sim from lahore i phoned jazz 3 weeks before i was due to travel to uk saying plz can u actevate my roaming so i can use my phone in uk. so wen i get to uk the phone worked on orange network for 3 days. thats it and now the phone has recp but it says on the screan limeted service. ive e mailed mobilink about 4 times regarding this ishue but no rply thay dont care so now ive gone to the papers in the uk telling them how good is the pakistany network.

UMER SHAHZAD --- You keep on them by E-mailing them further otherwise they will supply your number to someone else, what happens in most cases is that when people like us spend some time and come back, Esp if you asked for IR (International Roaming) it becomes clear to staff aswell as your relatives that this person has gone back out og the country so they try to obtain your SIM.

This could be for many reasons such as they will get the calls you had be getting since you were from England therefore you may have some good contacts (so to say), or the number was limited example 0300, really in general some may just get a thrill by obtaining.

In any even you need to constantly contact "customercare@mobilink.net" they will have sort your problem out, or contact "Obaid ur Rehman" he is a helpful person based in Mobilink Head Office Lahore.

Sir, i live in villagee in Mansehra District Hazara division.
My Village(Parhinna ) has more than thousands inhabitants,from which 90% wish to have mobilink connections.They want to b membrs of mobilink family but till now there is no response from regional office.Many a times people requested th authorities but in vain.

failing to make a call

Sir,
I am the permanent customer of Jazz, but i am facing lot of problems for the last three months. I am living in the village Malot near Kallar Kallar in Chakwal. My problem is that when ever i like to make a call, the network is found busy forever. It is the big problem in the village.Although there is a Mobilink service booster in our village at the mountain. In extreme emergency there is no benefit of the phone when u can not make a call. sir i will be thankful to you if u solve my problem. My address and cell number is as follows.

I got one of my numbers registered at Karachi Office I left them a copy of my NICOP, later I found out someone took out another six numbers all with my name Tanveer Hussain.How these fake SIM possible to registered with my name, until Mobilink support this irresponsible/ fake job? Is this not an illegal violation and why I should not approach to court in against to use my document in fake job? So finally I am becoming quite frustrated of things experienced with Moblink.

This is to informed you that i visited 2 times in y0ur custumer cervice center (CCC) five star chowrangi near Hydry for lodging my complain one time September 10, 2009 at 6.30 p.m. but it was closed and then 2nd time went today at 11.00 a.m but its regret to say that one of your Customer Service Center Representation (Mr. Mohsin Kmal) misbehave with me and didnt talk like good represenatior i really shocked the name of mobilink is known with custumer care center but after my first meeting m not agree with this word.

Why don’t you guys just email your concerns to customercare@mobilink.net, I had some concerns regarding my jazz number as well. So I just emailed them and same were taken care off within no time. And if one does not have a number then he can just call over their help line.

i have faced same kind of problem from Mobilink i have jazz number since 2004 this and my ownership but in April 2009 one of Mobilink Customer Care Center (CCC) had changed the ownership, i complained many times but there is no solution.

finally i complained PTA complain center they respond my well and resolve my problem so i request you to all complain to PTA complain center

Yeah you right make friends in any department of the Mobilink Industry then you will be able to operate better.. quite a thought Farah.

You know I have on many occasions mentioned to people that this is not a sight directly linked to any part of Mobilink, it originally was a compliant started of by myself (when ever someone makes remarks on here I get notified by Email) and I live in England and can not help anyone.

I would say all of you to visit the MOBILINK head office with full confidence. they resolve your issue but when you burn their ass.Company is really fantastic but the lower management working their are the lazy bluffer who do nothing but add to the pile of failure. I would strongly recommend, do not let them enjoy ease as they are bound to help us by resolving our issues. If they do not listen up to you.send them email and cc to their contact center Floor Manager....

My Name is Abdul Sami Shaikh

Sir in 2009 a team of your company visit at our office OGDCL Kunnar Plant Tando Jam Near Khesan Mori. The team members are very bad they are cheating with me that post paid is very nice connection and better for your personnel life. When I asked whats advantages while I have already use prepaid connection of your company. They starts advantages that low rates no tenssion of card load no tenssion of disconnectiong of low balance during call and many more. When I asked How many mony spend for this connection then they said that no any charges only minutes charges which I used after receving connection. When I asked that any extra charges then he said no any charges.

I fillout form and submit NIC and Company ID Card copy. After 15 days I received A postpaid connection, and I use it, after passing one month a bill received by me in which current amount about 153/= but extra charges is Rs.500/-. This is shock for me that team member misguiding me. When I talk him on cell phone that he said you are employee of OGDCL so you paid no problem.

This is very bad practice of your team member, I dis like it. I warned him that I can't pay any extra amount only I shall pay those amount which I used about Rs.153/= in the month of April 2009.

After all i avoid to use postpaid number. One more bill of June 2009 amounting Rs.363/-received by me but I can't paid reason same.

Sir, now my prepaid numbre # 03003098913 was closed last 4 days. Reason I am defaluter of postpaid connection amounting Rs.1016/-. This is very bad action taken from your higher authorties. Once again I notice through this message that punish the person who misguded me and issuance me a fresh bill of my using minutes. When I paid the same my postpaid connection kindly diconnect and open my current mobilink # 03003098913. If you do not open my prepaid number and remain still your order that I pay dues amount then you open. So, I advice you that this practice is very bad effect on your customer and also your company.

I wait for your reply with in 24 hours. Otherwise I jump to any other network and you may loss me from jazz consumer and many more likes me.

Mobilink customer service is the WORST one. If you got a complaint, you can find no channel to address that complain. I have tried to call their customer support but never had a success talking to any representative. Mobilink simply does not care for its customers and mobilink has got nothing but useless speeches and marketing material all over.
I have applied for Network portability from Ufone to Mobilink. It has been 18 days now and no single action has been taken and I still fail to identify any channel through which this problem can be resolved. I've tried PTA also but of no use.
Can anyone guide me how to get my complaint resolved.

I bought this number 0303-4993531. I was an owner of this number and this number is working with my name also. This number is use my business and personals relations . I have Original SIMcard and Jacket also.
19 Aug 2010 Suddenly My working number is close. I am shock. Because i was purchase a new SIM. Further I contact Mobilink help line as soon as .He told me this number is not in your name and it convert in MNP Zong network right now. Morover I contact Mobilink main Franchise Sialkot Cantt . Then i was provide comapny's all requirements. But still no progress. Then i will lunch a further complain to PTA my previous complain number is CPD/121110/3231. Today i was met Mr Saleem (0300-8640951).Today 27/11/10 Time 13:15 I visited But he is refuse to meet me without telling me any reasons. This is ridiculous behavior with me. I am very disappointed to Mobilink employers behavior. Mobilink have no rights to close and transfer my number without my permission. Please close my number urgently because this person misuse my number with my contacts Business and Family both and then reissue as soon as possible. Take necessary action against concerning persons.

sir main 03016132078 pichly 6 saal sy use kar raha hun par pichly 2 mah sy is number par EASY LOAD nahi ho raha main ny helpline par 50 martaba call ki hai par wo har bar ye hi kehty hain k 24 ghenty k andar aap ka masla hal ho jaey ga par abhi tak masla hal nahi huwa ur is number par card load ho jata hai par easy load nahi hota plz kuch kar den ur agar masla hal nahi ho sakta to b mujhay mail kar den main network change kar leta hun

My name is Sajjad Shah i can sale minimum 110 jaaz sims per month means increase 110 jaaz new members per month. but i am face so many time a problem after sale of sims that is the customer try to activate there sims via 789 but sim not active and message appear sim card registration failed. i can also sale other networks sims but their is no problem . only in jaaz sims i face this problem . this is bad impression for us and moblink company also . i send you som numbers that not activated via 789 all these sims are new & pack sims
