mobilink jazz Complaints - my no. is using some one with out my permision

Dear sir, main apna mobilink ka no pechlay 3 years say istmal kr raha hon lakin thursday ki rat ko mery mobile pr likha howa aya k SIM CARD RIGESTRATION FAILED. sir main ap k new office shaheen plaza sargodha main gya to ap k numainday nay btaya k ap ki sim UFONE pr transfer ho gai hai.or ye sim kisi babar nami admi nay apnay nam krwai hoi hia jab k main kisi babar nami admi ko nahi janta.sir main nay local shop say pin pack sim perchase ki the to us nay id card ki copy mangi or main nay us ko day di thi it mean k us nay kaha k sim tumharay nam ho gai hai. sir aj main ap k main office bucha plaza University Road pr gya to us nay kha k ap k pas sim jakit or kisi PTCL no say ap k number pr ki gai akhri cal ka bill lay kr aao sir hum nay apna ghar change kiya hai us ki waja say wo jacket nahi mil rahi or na hi koi PTCL Bill hai.sir ofcoure ap bilqul thiq hain apni jaga pr lakin sir main manta hon meri mistake hai lakin sir ap ki traf say bhi mujhay koi msg nahi aya k ap ki sim ap ka nam pr nahi hai.brai mehrbani sir main is waqt bari mushkil main hon. ap agr chain to meri mushqil hal kr saktay hain actully sir main ak gareeb ghar say taluq rakhta hon or filhal beqar hon.logon ko apni job k liye kaha howa hai or un ko ye no diya howa hai hope you can understand. sir main nay babar nami admi say 0302-6750163 no pr cal karny ki try ki to number nahi mil raha sir us nay to apna network change kr liya hai. lakin main ap ka network use kr raha hon sir meri sim ko open krwa dain plz main ap ko or khuch nahi to dua zaroor day skta hon.mera abhi band honay wala no ye hai 0302-6750163
