Sim Possession

Sir,
With due respect and honor, i want to say plz improve ur Franchises' working, I visited today in ur Mall Road office near Indus Hotel as my Sim was lost some 2 years ago and at that time No sim registration was necessary, the person who used to sell the Sims usually transfer his or any other irrelevant person's name for sim's registration, so i'm not supposed to have my own sim registration (which i used about 3 years)
Now i want to get back that Number i.e 0302-8134436 . Plz help me
