Man i would suggest that you should launch this complaint over the helpline. As, I faced signal issue problem once and launched a complaint over Mobilink's help line and they not only got it resolved even kept in touch with me for same untill the issue was resolved.

just came in my mind that you can also email them on customercare@mobilink.net why not give it a shoot. I hope your expereince will be as good as of mine

Mera ye nmber 03444410400 kis verification per replace hua tha main ne 15-06-2010 ko phir karwaya hy replace kya ap k network per ane ki ye saza milti hay plz reply on my E.Mail Thanks

this no. is i.e 03002993653 is lots of wrong calls & abusing when my family ladies pick up the phone
