my sim is blocked

sir meri load ki sim band hogae hai jis k liye maine 1344 pe complain ki unho ne bataya k apki sim jis k nam pe the unho ne block karwa di hai. maine tandojam franchise k franchise k d.o se sim li thi us ne kaha tha k sim apne nam karwane ki zaroorat nhe ap ese hi chalao maine usme 3000 ka load dalwaya tha 111 pe call ki ynho ne kaha k apki sim nikale gae hai lihaza apka bellance apko nahe milega. mujhe umeed hai k zaroor azaala hoga.

Kia App kai Pas Mobilink SIM ki purchase kai koi document hain. Agar hain to phir app iss email address per rabta karain customercare@mobilink.net. Maybe ye app ki madad kar sakain.
