i have faced lot of problems against my numberi.e. 0301-2618759. first of all when i have back on mobilink net work, my sim was active after seven days. after the activation i've faced following problems.
1. i didn't able to recieve in comming calls.
2. SMS not send/ Recieved.
3. No balance inquiry.
I've called on help line many times but mobilink representative not responded well. after all one Representative asked me our supervisor call you afer 45 minutes. He calls me, i have told him my all problems, he replied that i will contact you later. on the very next day i have recieved three calls from mobilink office but my problem didnt resolve it.
After this i've recieved call from mobilink, he asked that your sim type is not correct please visit our office and replace the sim. on the very next day i visited the office and replaced it, he instruct me your sim will be active after four hours.
After six hours when i put my sim into mobile and on my number but there is no signal and mobile shows NO SERVICE.
Again i call at help line, he asked me about sim number ans i told him. he asked after four hours your number will be activated. in the evevning of that day, i an try to on my nuber but there is still NOSERVICE. again i call at help line ahe asked that Please visit our office and replace the sim
NOW I HAVE DECIDED I M NO MORE USE THE MOBILINK NET WORK
