number issued against my CNIC

initiall two sime of mobilink were issued against my CNIC 3740580323454 without verification of original CNIC
I have visited the mobilink franchise in the month of april, to register complaint for
closing both sim , but still one sim is registered against the mentioned CNIC,please close all mobilink sim registered against my CNIC

I think u shuld raise this concern with customercare@mobilink.net, u can also send scanned images of forms to them and they will check the matter
