Person annoying me

Person having a number 03058743436 is continuously sending me blank sms without any reason so far in 2-3 days s/he has already send me 500-600 sms and s/he is not stop yet before writing here i have tried from different numbers to query his/her problem but s/he did not reply now i want that any kind of action should be taken by the authorities as soon as possible

Zeshan- i would recommend that you should contact the respective service provider to get this issue addressed.
