I happen to run into a predicament where I needed my Phone calls history and I had to present a certain embassy with my phone records. I am currently using 2 service providers Ufone and Mobilink. Upon my query I was informed that from Mobilink it is impossible to get billing history for Prepaid Connection but I some how Found out a way from thier Customer Service Center that the GR department in Islamabad will help me in getting this done, to start with my number was not on my name which I was informed by the gentleman working in GR to get this in my name if I want the billing history (which was pretty logical) but after that lucky meeting and getting the number in my name I had almost gone to the same office to meet that guy ( I dont want to mention his name as it will become personal) the bottom line is there is no streamline procedure where customers can get thier billing history and I was being mistreated by thier Front Desk staff who apparently already fed up of thier job and treating people like crap and would not even do an extra mile to help the customer out, after working night shift I went thier 3 times and I was booted off from the front desk stating that this guy who will give you the history is way too busy to do his job and henceforth has no time to listen to your query and finally I gave up on it. In contrast when I went to Ufone I was amazed to find out that they have proper procedures and they gave me a resolution to my query within 5 minutes and I was being provided with the desired information. Since I am a stubborn kind of a person I some how digged out email address of this guy working in Mobilink and send him 2 emails again to request him to provide me with my billing history but to my extreme disappointment I was not responded once. It is nothing personal but my only concern is that we as customers are the core reason these companies generate the revenue that they do and I was truly disappointed that they dont have no checks and balances in place to measure a simple query from a customer and there is no such thing as Service Level Measurement or service delivery I was made to realize that I am getting my telecom needs from Mobilink and that is a favor. ON a professional note this was truly disappointing to see such service delivery from a company who claims to be the market leader and dont give a damn about customer queries. GOD Bless customers who are using this service providers as I will close my connection and will never revert back to this company and one angry customer can at least poison 10 people on average but guess even losing 1 to 10 people will not effect Mobilink as they dont even recognize the term Customer Service.

Don't worry dear. Mobilink is having last days of eliteness Pakistan. That Brand is now bound to see the second spot.
And why don't you now port to more friendly network like Ufone or Telenor.
Thanks for the comment and I am moving my number to Ufone pretty soon I will have the porting done soon on Ufone as I have been using it for more than 8 years now as for Mobilink it s truly turning into a maybelink and trust me I am more than furious about what happened with me in the last 3 weeks.
