MOBILINK is getting worst in terms of services in case of both prepaid (Jazz) & post paid (indigo). The worst thing is that even their help line is out of order many times. You won't believe the message it says while dialing 111. it is "Sorry this is not a valid number"
Just imagine what kind of company is this...!
When the company is informed about this, they just make shit committements...
In their recent add they claim to be the best customer care company but in reality they are the worst...
Another important matter is the theft of balance. I & few of my friends have many time experienced this type of balance deduction from MOBILINK.
Shame on you MOBILINK officials.
In practical MOBILINK is doing nothing for customers and on the other MOBILINK officials are enjoying spending millions in making staff clubs, parties, trips...
I have visited MOBILINK's many departments many times and the environment is more like a club, restaurant or date point... In the customer service centers the girls are bold enough to get boys out for launch not even thinking that public is noticing this...
What the hell is this....
My suggestion is that MOBILINK should close telecom business and open a club where not only they can enjoy like before but can also continue robbing people in different ways. (Which they are master in)
I have converted my number to another network which is even better then MOBILINK and I also suggest other to do the same...

Indeed, all telecom in pakistan just robering the people in a gentel way. You purchase the card and arround 10 Rs are already deducted? What the hell is this. rather then giving bonous amoung they charge you taxes and bala bala. In term of service Mobilink When I was in pakistan was better. This is a internal news despite of such a millions income they are laying off the employees.

agree to the hilt,MoBILINK is a big gang of yuppy UNPROFESSIONALS, they cannot compete in cut throat market with their kind of poor services, its just customer loyalty which is paying off. I noticed dat my JAZZ card is charged even wen i make the miscall n nobody attends it,its a BIG thug group literally,can u tell which mobile company u switched to, i m thinking of ZONG,.............?
Well, you can not blame the technical person those are sitting at the back side and giving uou services while the world is sleeping I have been working for about two years and I know how much presure were there on us. Well, this was Mobilink who gave me oppertunity and I learnt there and now I am working in Dubai. Hope to be in contact.
your service is so poor that I have decided to convert my no# to ufone or other service

few friends has asked abut the company I hav switched from MOBILINK...
Although more or less the policy of all these companies is money making, so I wont say that the company I have choosen now is best, but it is bit better then MOBILINK robbers.
I hav converted to U FONE
the first reason is that its our National Company,
secondly U Fone is offering much better packages then any other..
I also recommend other to promote MADE IN PAKISTAN products/ sevices as we are in need of revenue and by using imported & multinational company's products we are transferring out our funds from Pakistan.
