sim is not working (outgoing)

Respect sir,

I am the resident of Faisalabad. My cell No.03026056248 which is used in my home. The problem is that my sim was activated approximately three years ago. After 22-09-2010 outgoing facility has been blocked by the company without any information. Please do something urgently to sort out this matter.
