I totally agree that Mobilink has done "samjhota" on their customer service while trying to focus on coverage, quality and rates which is still lacking anyways.
One week before Eid I went abroad and before going got international roaming activated on my jazz connection. On my return one week after Eid i called Mobilink center to get my roaming de-activated. This process took mobilink 15 days and after that i was unable to avail the sms bundle package offered by Mobilink.
Since that time I have lodged many complains to Mobilink and everytime they say it is a technical issue and will be resolved in a weeks time....many weeks have passed since then and I still am not able to use the sms bundle package.
The funny side is at one time the call center manager said that, "Sir you are not the only one with this problem, one of the customer has this same technical fault since the begining of September which has still not been resolved."
That says its all about Mobilink's customer service.
