We have all got so used to presuming that sms reach the intended recipient, NOT so!!! Recently I realised that not only do they arrive late, they donot get there! plus they cannot confirm delivery; I have tested this while sitting with someone and sent them an sms from Mobilink nr and another service provider the second arrived in less then a minute, for the 2 hours we were together the first didnot get to him even though he was using Mobilink too! when he got home, he called to tell me that he got it later that evening. On complaining, I was told it was a technical problem, and would take 10 days to resolve, it got better after that, for a few weeks and now they are back to their old tricks!
It has something to do with actually investing more money on the infrastructure, PTA should look into this one, coz when I tried calling them on 080055055 there was no one answering...no replieee!
