Mobilink To Telenor Portin Problem

Sir i want to convert 03025120260 my jazz network to telenor.
When telenor send my request to mobilink for convert
Mobilink replies: - you are not sending 667 msg from your number plz use 667 msg servis then re forward your request.
but im already send many sms "MNP" to 667 before submiting my request
and mobilink always same replies to telenor

did you call jazz helpline '111'?? You should contact them for assistance or you can e-mail them at customercare@mobilink.net.

Dear Assalamulykum
I want to informed you that, i have no any Mobilink Sim, my CNIC # is 42501-1168958-1, I went to lot of the time in your Mobilink Franchise Model Colony, but unfortunately there was no any Form regarding this issue.
so please except my request and turn off all sim's theses are issuance on my above mentioned CNIC Number.
your prompt action will be highly appreciated.
