I have called to helpline of jazz and asked to unsubscribe internet service on my number. They said that you are not charged when you use internet.
However, I know I do not use internet but I am being charged for that daily Rs 10.
Please solve this problem because, I can't afford such an expensive thing while I am not using it.

I think you should urgently send a detailed email with your mobile number to customercare@mobilink.net and they will help u out... my cousin once had a similar issue and those guys resolved it :)
What is the process to deactivate this such useless internet services which cut down the balance on daily bases and there is no way to get it deactivated, if we call to so called costumer care service, they charge more then every service which mobilink provides.
