Washed my balance own my account

easy load on MOBIL # 03005155191 6-2-11 of RS_50 and easy load on 7-2-11 of RS_50 next day full balance was washed,complant was recevied to mobilink. they replied me to, that dear customer we have checked and found no disdrepancies in your biling.
