wrong calls and thareten me.

sir,
i am permanant customer of moblink. one number continuosly thareten me. he have all my contacts and he use those contacts. he records all my call. it is very shoked for me when i listen our call recordings. i complain moblink office 3 times but no action on it. kindly do some thing argent. i am very worried. plz arrest. this kind of persons are harmfull for your company. my contact number is 0302688656.
