Neither pick phone nor contact

I am fed up with poor communication service of UBL F11 Markaz Branch, Islamabad. This is second time they did not clear my cheque in favour of JS credit cards and did not bother to contact me conveying the reason.
My new cheque book which I applied online and requested delivery at my residence. Now I came to know my cheque book was sent to the said ubl branch and lying there for the last 3 months.
Despite my several attempts on different days they do not attend telephone call 0512228347.
Please advise them to contact me immediately and clear my issued cheque.
