Deduction of money but no service on mobile

I subscribe on 2470 on January 20,2012 at 9.44 a.m for breaking news alert but no service or activation information is there on my mobile # 0321 2642342.
please check it out and intimate as soon as possible.
please also furnish your Ptcl phone no in case of any query.

Sir, I am not satisfied from the answer regarding to my complaint,
It was just related for a litlle subscription on 2470 to get breaking
news alert on my mobile # 0321 2642342 but unfortunately it was
not activated by the network of Express News Karachi due to some
negligence by the concerned authority.
