Electricity Turn out for long time

I am Mohammad Sultan, Residence of H # 166, Block- c/2, Eidgah Colony, Latifabad # 08, Hyderabad. My Area electricity turn out for long time due to transfer problem & i have complain many times to SDO PHONE # 9260165/0300-8379440 & XEN PHONE # 9260160/0333-2600722 many times & pay visited HESO complain centre Rizvi Hospital Hyderabad but nobody take any interest to pull out from this problems. my cell # 0300-3447961
