Dear sir,
Account No. 0214314660021.
We have been punctual in making payment of electricity bills to kesc, as law abiding citizen, and we have been paying our bills regularly without fail and our previous record will vouch for the above mentioned statement, However, since last couple months due to crises at your end we have not been billed according to our consumption but rather on AVERAGE basis as explained below.
For the month of JULY 2011 ;
Average Bill of Rs. 3,100 with Average Units 367, and Present reading 17764 on meter reading date 2 July 2011, subseqently the bill was paid by us within the due date at KASB bank Malir Branch.
However, for the month of August 2011; detailed as under:-
Average Bill of Rs. 12,100 with Average Units 1065 and Present reading 18829 on meter reading date 2 August 2011, to be paid before 19 August 2011.
The secong average Bill is appauling as your record will show that we have never ever crossed more than 550 units approximately per month.
You are requested to kindly look in to the matter and resolve what is just and reasonable for the above mentioned cause.
Your assistance in this regard will be highly beneficial/co-operation to us.
Hoping for a favourable reply. Thanking you.
A. Hameed Khan
