Refer to the subject that my land line voice is very much low, we did complain many times to the concerned office but unfortunately there is no response. I heard about this complain service therefore for the last time I would like to bring to your notice that if you can not do any thing about this matter please disconect our landline because we do not want to pay anymore for this rotten service, my phone # & other details are as follows;
