Dears,....... one month before i applied for land-line and DSL in wapda town exchage and the who was dealing Dsl was sitting in DSL secction,he just wrote my address and mobile no and said in 2 days your dsl will be installed and i constanly went there to ask for futher progress. then i read you advertisement regarding dsl then i ask your 0800... no they said even your application was not registered.so i registered the application, and unfortunately when i ask for ptcl on 0800.... they said we have installed your dsl on the other hand they installed after 7 days. while in record installation was 7 day before at my home
furthermore, after just 3 days , my dsl not working.All that is going on ,just because i didn't 1500 to 2000 for phone and dsl as they charge from every home for whom they need ptcl in new society ( khaban-e-ameen- defence road Lahore).YOu can ask for that from the whole member of society.
I am really sorry to say ,Qubee wateen world-call and w tribe is doing delivering better service and i was fool to get ptcl. Before that i was using world call and there was no complain for it. PLS pay bay back my money that i spent to get ptcl including demand charges. i no more require your facilities.
