applied for duplicate i.d card copy

i lost my original i.d card.and applied for duplicate copy on date 10-1- 2010,on fast track ,after specified time of collection,the department shows us some WSQ problem arise.,they took second time my thumb impression.after that i went regularly to the M.D ,but since now i could'nt get my card.my i.d card no. is 42201 0465516-7
now unfortunately i lost my tracking no. slip,please solve my problem as soon as possible.
