i have applied for my childrens form b...all the details and requirements were fulfilled at nadra office abbottabad and forms were submitted on 30.09.2011....against my number AB00690139...but i have,nt received the forms tell now...due to which addmision of one of my son is badly suffered...

Sir, I have received form B from NADRA office Rawalpindi, but on preparation of form B, name of my son was entered by the NADRA office Ammad Anwar instead of Hammad Anwar, whereas at that time I was submit birth certificate of my above named son, under which his name is clearly mentioned as Hammad Anwar. Now when I was visited NADRA office for correction, the NADRA official has regretted that you will be deposit Rs. 500/- as this is your fault. It is requested that I may please be advise to what should I do for the purpose.
